Karlsson sold his prime years for this playoff run. He could've easily shut himself down for the year and come back the following season fully healthy—probably avoiding lingering issues that he had to endure until the 2022-23 season. Best captain in Franchise history. #gosensgo

Tires with 11,000 miles and a nail. Firestone told me they are not repairable. Firestone said this is not repairable because of the location and that I would need a new tire. It's a slow leak, about 1-2 psi a day. I am in disbelief that this is not repairable.. Can I not just get a fix kit? 🤧

@jimmysstew I suspect that like fans, they’re just as conflicted: they like the guy, but his performance is critical to their team and individual successes. Players get paid more based on their statistics and playoff performances. So their earning potential decreases…

I know the fans don’t want this. But, if I were Joel Quenneville, I’d scratch Radko Gudas for tonight’s #Ducks - #Leafs game in #Anaheim. Quenneville’s team sits atop the Pacific Division with 86 points. The visitors, who mailed in Saturday’s game at St. Louis, could seek artificial revenge on Gudas for ending Auston Matthews’ season. I say “artificial” because the Leafs, in real time, chickened out when their captain was on the ice, injured by the dirty hit. With nothing to play for, they could make a show of going after Gudas, should he play. The Ducks have nothing to gain from that. Injuries and suspensions can result from fights or stick work. So, I’d be surprised if Quenneville dresses Radko. #LeafsForever

@SportsnetSpec And far too often versus non-fighters and usually jumps them unexpectedly. Domi’s tough, but he’s also a rat. Rarely does he fight guys that also actually fight too. Gudas deserved his comeuppance, but I wouldn’t call him a fighter.

@PeggieMellor @MarcMethot3 Agreed. But he’s also very competitive & grumpy on a good day. See him as the real lithmus test. He believes in his team and wants to succeed at home. So how would a dude like him deal with it? Of course they’ll always support their teammates to the outside world. NP w it either.
