@THORPEPARK How does this work if someone has a discovery pass, and has paid extra money to go on a restricted day, just to go on hyperia? Are we able to get a refund or rebook?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to open Hyperia on Saturday the 25th of May. The rest of the resort remains open. Anyone with pre-booked tickets for today will be eligible for a free return visit. Please check our website for further details.
