Another reminder of the theme of my old account... I was hostess with the mostess this weekend and hosted lunch with friends. Homemade sausage/bacon and egg pie with mustard pastry. (Yes, it was bloody nerve-wracking removing from the tin!) And a classic Vicky sponge xx

@chel2809 @Peacock2828 Most of mine, I kind of make up as I go and pray! 🤣 The pastry turned out well on this one (half butter/half lard and a scoop of mustard powder) It was like a gala pie inside with hard boiled eggs. I should have taken a picture of it sliced open, but forgot! 😁
