@ShopTSC @AJKuinckas72 I also called customer care and guess what they told me today? before 7 pm : You will get a call back in 2 hours. Conveniently, they close at 9 pm. It is also frustrating when someone ships a product back to you and then its received by one of your vendors in less than 24 hours

@RogersHelps I was trying to make a purchase on @ShopTSC , an iPhone 16 pro max on 12 easy pays. It was a Christmas gift. On cyber Monday, offer wasn't available. I was trying to inquire if anything could be done. No help at all. No one. Finally the phone sold out. Now everyone wants to help

@PavelWPG @ShopTSC Wow, it seems like fraudulent cancellations/refunds is a pattern with TSC. Did your issue ever get resolved? Currently dealing with a refund situation that was out of my control, and now my money is being held by TSC. I have to wait a week to even speak with someone. Ridiculous.
