@TTExulansic I have the most expensive dental insurance yet they won’t pay more than $2,000 annually?
English

My friend has a severe tooth infection. His face is swollen. He is in agony.
He went to the dentist.
Option A: Root canal and crown to save the tooth. Cost: $2,200.
Option B: Pull the tooth. Cost: $250.
He works full-time. He has "health" insurance.
But health insurance doesn't consider teeth to be part of the human body.
He chose Option B.
He is 28 years old and had to mutilate his smile because he couldn't afford to save it.
Teeth shouldn't be luxury items.

@aliciaandrz I no longer can chew my food. Liquid diet only. Heart disease linked to dental infections.

@aliciaandrz If anyone in this thread needs dental care, you can always seek a RAM Clinic 👀❤️

@WallStreetApes Medicare should cover necessary dental extractions. Medically required!

American is brought to tears learning Dental Insurance is one of the worst scams in America, even her dentist says they don’t recommend anyone pay for it
She was quoted $10,589 for dental work. It’s so expensive she just has to pull the teeth, even though she’s paid for dental insurance they don’t cover it
She needs a few root canals, and a few extractions, with insurance (paying next to nothing), again it’s $10,589 after discounts
She’s only 30 and will have to get 6 of her teeth pulled because she can’t afford the outrageous cost of treatment
“What is the point in having dental insurance if it literally covers nothing? Even the dental hygienist that I had yesterday said that when people ask her what in dental insurance that she recommends, she says none because it might as well be self-pay”
“I'm only 30 so that means I'm just gonna call my dentist tell them okay just extract the tooth instead of I'm just gonna extract the tooth instead of having a root canal that means six extractions I'm gonna lose six of my teeth”

@WallStreetApes Why am I paying for Delta Dental Insurance PPO when they will only pay out $2,000 per annual dental work?
English

@WallStreetApes Make Medicare cover needed dental extractions it is a necessary medical condition!
English

@WallStreetApes Medicare should pay since this is a medical condition that requires extracting rotted teeth!
English

@WallStreetApes I need most of teeth need to be extracted. Delta Dental PPO only pays $2,000 annually. The dentist wants $4,000. I don’t have it. Medicare Health Insurance should cover this as a medical condition!
