I’m sorry, just a real participation trophy vibe to the way this exploded rocket is being covered. This whole weak-ass trauma-plot generation of special snowflake rockets that expect credit just for “launching.” Not how it works in the real world. Toughen up, rockets.

@mhdempsey Echoing @elliotcohen. Specific expertise can be a hinderance for a coach. It adds blinders. Context is more useful and a coach should bring a broader context than the client to get space. @mhdempsey I'm an exec coach with web3 background. If a convo can help point you dm me.

@annoushka any overlaps you see? any changes you might make? Did my best to build these strictly off of interviews but archetype frameworks all have a lot of shared foundations - I'm sure I unconsciously borrowed from others.
