The squad has clear gaps that need addressing if they want to keep rebuilding it. There should be a vision for the type of manager (or coach) that Wilcox & Berrada want that any player signed should be fitting into, it's the whole point of their model. No excuse to not get to work, there's three weeks left in the January window. This is not a distraction & shouldn't be used as an excuse not to do business. What is happening now lies firmly at the feet of leadership & it is up to them to address it. It can't all be premium targets, find value in the market.

I can't believe the amount of victory laps being taken by supporters of a man - not of a club, but a person - who had a win rate of 31.9%, the lowest league clean sheet ratio in club history (14.9%), that is the 8th worst record in Premier League history. This isn't even a Manchester United civil war. There's people who support the club, then there's people who support the ex-coach. The club is a disaster, ownership has turned it into a laughing stock & some of the people laughing are these so called fans. Another night, another lowlight. How depressing.

INEOS and Sir Jim Ratcliffe have been a disaster. They have got every management decision wrong, finished 15th, delivered a season of no European football and now a season of 2 Cup games (last season there were 22) to ensure the fewest games in a season for over 100 years.

Kobbie Mainoo has had a very nice start to this game. Created three chances already, showed proper strength on the ball to break free in traffic. Feels like an equaliser isn't far away for Manchester United, just haven't quite opened up Brighton enough since the Dalot miss.
