@kittischmitti RE5 came out before Roger started playing Sonic so for me it was the opposite, Sonic suddenly sounded like Chris Redfield trying to be hip with the kids.

Started Resident Evil 5 and I think its awesome that Chris Redfield is this big buff soldier dude and then he opens his mouth and its sonic the hedgehog

@BuffGigas Yeah you have to lose twice on demotion to actually demote and they added a bonus for winning the second game in a set if you lost the first so you come out ahead if you one and done. Also you get even points for someone 1 rank above or below you now, including in GOD ranks.

Is it easier to rank up this season? It’s only been 5 days and I have seen people reach GOD 5 already. (I haven’t play rank for awhile)

@Lapriz_ Not the case for everyone complaining but some of them think they have a higher understanding of the game than they actually do, so when they lose to players who seem worse they get upset and blame the game. High chance players like that lose the same way in T7 as well.

Even though Tekken 8 is on crack right now. I still don't get why people say you don't need know to know how to play Tekken. Every Placer is still a veteran. The game Def rewards understanding Tekken.

Game breaking bug: #T8_Feng will sometimes not deplete his heat when Heat Smash is inputted multiple times, allowing for a repeated chip sequence. Might be a specific timing or something, but there's no indication when it comes.

@Fearofsilence3 That move seems mostly useless honestly he could already cover SSR pretty easily if you had to.

Overall, the balance itself seems to have improved compared to Season 2. However, it doesn’t really feel like the season has changed! I think it might have been better if this kind of balance patch had been implemented in the fall of Season 2. Season 3 seems like it won’t require as much data to study, so it feels less burdensome. If Ranked Match just improves, I think it could be fun to play.

The patch isn't good man. It did a couple obvious things but also has a bunch of baffling choices that indicate to me that the dev team just doesn't know how to make a great Tekken game. New moves are all stupid and we're just doing season 2.5. Disappointing.

I'm watching Capcom Cup in game and they turn the commentary off just for matches but turn it back on for the in between segments. This shit is stupid, full second of audio delay too. I don't think I can watch the whole thing like this the viewing experience is awful.

Also randos in the battle hub chat are being casually racist and transphobic so that's cool
