@mahwashajaz_ There's no such thing as extremism in Islam first of all. And since the foundation of Pakistan is also based on Islamic principles, the state has always put emphasis on religious tolerance and never allowed any hardliner group to get into power, unlike a so-called secular India.

What is the difference between Nigeria and India? Overpopulated, under developed, stinks, and with a culture that tolerates rape to boot. Kini yato?

I think it is time for people to understand that Olympics is a very big event and it has potential to bankrupt countries that host them. OD will invest billions to build hotels, roads, stadium, and airport. And then what? Hotel oversupply? Airport underused? Stadium upkeep requires money every year. Izzat is great but if the cost is bankruptcy, maybe it is time to rethink GJ has enough industries to absorb hotel rooms supply addition or larger airport. Bhubaneswar shouldn’t put the horse before the cart! Green light mega mining projects. Offer incentives to industries to come that they can’t go to Hyd or Chennai or GJ. Olympics and izzat comes later

🇮🇳🇦🇪 Indian PM Modi spoke with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and strongly condemned the Iranian attacks that killed civilians and damaged infrastructure in the Gulf. The two leaders agreed on the urgent need to keep the Strait of Hormuz safe and open for navigation and pledged to work together to restore peace and stability in the region as soon as possible. I’m trying to understand the logic behind this 🚨 In the PSL, a team owner invests heavily to buy and run a franchise. They put in money, effort, and resources over the years. But when the contract period ends like in the case of Ali Khan Tareen and the Multan Sultans situation if the owner doesn’t continue or the franchise is taken back, what happens to the value that was built? Does the previous owner receive compensation for the investment and the brand value developed during their tenure? Or are all the rights simply taken back by the league and transferred to a new buyer? When a new owner purchases the franchise, does the previous owner have any claim over the team’s increased value? Would appreciate a clear explanation from the relevant authorities on how this works in the PSL franchise model.
