This woman sometimes has to park in front of her neighbors house because her parents leave before her. She parks in the street against her neighbors wishes because they feel that only they can park there and she should be parking in front of her own house. She comes out one day to a down on her windshield and they wrote on her car in permanent marker telling her not to park there. At what point is this considered vandalism? Would you stand for this?
