.@AsdaServiceTeam one of your representatives tells me I am unable to have a refund after your click & collect machine broke down. They say my order was collected from store. It wasn't. It's such a joke. Stealing money off customers has to be a new low!

@jedi58 I'm not going into detail on here, but yes their behavior has been beyond shocking, immoral and unnecessary. Am trying to shelve the anger and concentrate on getting the dogs home the help they need❤️🐾
