A heartless owner dumped nine dogs from a truck outside a rescue in Oklahoma, then sped off as the pups chased after the car. Staff at the Tulsa SPCA (Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) quickly saved them from a nearby busy road. All the dogs are safe and were treated for minor issues. They are all awaiting loving forever homes. Just dumped them like they were nothing. 😡

Dear #TerraClassic investors: the incompetent management model of Terra Classic also means we keep arriving late to the party - and one of the key reasons Terra, led by TFL, originally succeeded was that it was not late to the party. Terra did not break out by copying overcrowded categories after the market had already matured. It moved early. #UST launched in September 2020, when the globally relevant stablecoin field was still small — roughly ~6–7 established players. Mirror launched in December 2020, when on-chain access to traditional assets was still an early, thin category — roughly ~5–8 notable platforms. Polymarket launched into a prediction market space that was still around ~4–6 meaningful players. Even the meme launchpad model that pump.fun later exploded was still basically nonexistent as a defined category before that wave. Now compare that with where Terra Classic is trying to move today: stablecoins: hundreds tracked, with roughly ~12–15 established leaders prediction markets: 50+ tracked, with roughly ~12–15 established players meme launchpads: 40–60+ tracked, with roughly ~12–15 established platforms on-chain access to traditional assets / synthetics / RWA-style access: 150–200+ tracked, with roughly ~18–22 established players That is the difference between entering a market early enough to shape it, and entering after category validation, expansion, and saturation. So when Terra Classic talks today about building into stablecoins, prediction markets, launchpads, or synthetic / traditional asset access, the strategic question is not “can we copy the category?” The real question is: why would users, builders, liquidity, or partners choose a late, under-resourced chain with weak execution credibility over already-established incumbents? And the answer, so far, is: they mostly haven’t. The same “late to the party” problem now appears in quantum readiness. Leading L1s are already split across stages: some are live or actively implementing, others are researching, publishing roadmaps, or testing migration paths. Terra Classic, by contrast, still has no visible public quantum-readiness workstream, no published roadmap, and no documented migration inventory. Once again, the chain is not leading a strategic transition — it is watching other ecosystems move first. That is the deeper pattern: late entry, weak execution, no durable management layer, and validator politics standing in for actual ecosystem strategy. So the conclusion is straightforward: Terra Classic should stop treating validator governance as a substitute for professional ecosystem management. Four years of continuity plus four years of poor outcomes is enough to judge the model. The chain does not just need more proposals, more narratives, or more internal coordination. It needs an external, competent, accountable operating/management layer with the skills and mandate to actually rebuild the ecosystem. Early Terra won by moving early.
