My last morning of freedom for awhile. Tomorrow I start my new job- Which I’m quite looking forward to. I have an open mind as to whether it’s going to suit – but it’s all good – I will get paid for at least one morning of work, won’t I?

Rolled a bloody great log out of the water with some random women and two of my daughters after walking up a hill and then a swim so now I will rest on my laurels. Accepting coffees, compliments and snacks.

@bronte__lee Karla inexplicably went out in the wet. She's now trembling next to my bed, so freaked out she can't figure out how to get onto the bed for comfort hugs. The stressed-dog -chemical smell is filling my nostrils and brain. My husband continues to snöre.

You’ll probably laugh at this. Or think I’m daft. Or both. I’m learning Russian because my favourite hockey player is Russian and he struggles with english. When the miracle happens and I meet him, I’ll be able to thank him for being so good at his job.

My morning. Waiting at the bus stop to get to Uni & I saw an exhausted dog walking down the street alone (op side of Rd). Crazy busy rush hour main rd. I had to help. Ended up following dog for more than a km. Down a bloody big hill. He was wary of me & scared. A beautiful dog.
