Who remembers June 2021 in @zed_run with odds, no stamina, and sling shots? Most fun time, throwing bred horses onto the "autobahn" and seeing if they could go fast enough. And there were new world record times and everyone wanted to have the fastest time. Can we go back?

Like a penalty box. I would love to see a big stable do a Twitter poll on if people think Zed does this. Would be interesting.

@NaptownStables @alhambren @iamFcarril @jasonmelo Outside of engagement metrics, one key metric we constantly look at is distribution (% of stables that perform well). Right now, the value/fun is geared and distributed towards bigger stables which alienates others -- we are fixing this.

@alhambren In the same vein, I would ask tech leaders like @iamFcarril/@jasonmelo/@SolidRob85 what are the key metrics & data points you are looking at to make data-driven decisions. While I 💯 love this path, data can also be a dirty, biased mistress that tells you what you want to hear.

So important this is considered.

@T_J_Racing UX team is awesome.. and we are getting there on the product racing and growth teams. We want to move faster too, but also be more impactful. We will get there.

Add/Remove options as you go along. Keep what works and discard the rest. Zed takes a % cut of everything that gets run depending on type of event.
