There was no "threat." And "sexually assaulted" is a gross exaggeration of what he did. He lightly touched her, and was backing away. Was it appropriate? Nope. Could you get him charged for doing it? Probably. Was he actively groping her or assaulting her when he was punched? NOPE. That makes it retaliation, not defense. Retaliation is not legally justfied. Don't quit your day job, because moonlighting as a defense attorney is not going to be your thing.

Emulation and running older games on PC is also we known and superior than on an Xbox. I get everyone has their preferences, but what you’re describing can also be done on PC.

They are competitively similar to gaming monitors when it comes to response time and input lag. The only thing they don’t do is the 360hz like you said, but 360hz is definitely overkill.
