The question to ask is-Why is a non Kannadiga, a total outsider to Karnataka being promoted as a Raj sabha member from Karnataka? One who has no loyalty to Karnataka, no relationship at all, no connection? Is there nobody from Karnataka fit to represent Karnataka? It is time Kannadigas spoke up against all political parties riding rough shod over us and promoting non Kannadigas to represent us at our cost. This show total non respect to Kannadigas. All political parties should be asked to stop this very bad practice which shows total disrespect to voters in a state. Karnataka does not belong to any political party! As I filed my nomination papers for the Rajya Sabha today, I did so with deep gratitude and a profound sense of responsibility. Doing so from Bengaluru was particularly special. It offers a glimpse of India at its best - cosmopolitan, vibrant, and inclusive, yet somehow still able to make everyone feel at home. @TVMohandasPai In 2003, Parliament amended Section 3(1) of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, officially scrapping the requirement that a Rajya Sabha candidate must be a domicile or resident of the state they are nominated from.

In my considered opinion, @INCIndia seems to be working hand in glove with @BJP4India to weaken regional and smaller parties across the country so that BJP and Cong can rule the county alternately; because of such double standards of @INCIndia, @AamAadmiParty decided to distance itself away from the alliance if the same continues to be headed by @INCIndia.

Apparently, for many, including the Gen Z, Rahul Gandhi is a good man but a weak leader. What is the definition of strong, may we ask? A person who is now fully committed to uprooting the rot of the sangh from India is weak. A person who hit the road for months and walked across the country is weak. A person who speaks fearlessly every day against the corrupt criminal leaders and industrialists is weak. A person who is well educated, well mannered, and respectful is weak. A person who has foretold every failure of the regime years in advance is weak. A person who genuinely meets people from all strata and listens to them is weak. A person who heads a party that gives the only viable alternative to the sangh. So, who is strong? An online gatherer of handles and maker of memes? Is that the definition of strong?
