This is what people mean when say “unethical” hoops. This is simply not Basketball. Try to stick your arm underneath someone else’s to make it look like you got hooked. No real effort to try and get by them. Call it crafty if you want, I say it’s lazy.

Now that I think about it, the Capital City GoGo is definitely a better name than the Washington Wizards lol
I never stopped to analyze the name due to its G-League affiliation.
That name actually adds some context to the city’s character. I’m also still a fan of the Bullets.

No doubt in my mind he’ll be good.
You’ll just need to be able to wait on his strength & athleticism to catch up to NBA level comp.

But they spun it like a Bullets retro, & it looks like a knockoff. Just a terrible idea ultimately. Especially having a few bad teams associated with them.
The main uni’s stink, & they need to commit to a specific direction.

@Splashh_Gordon Now I agree, I really liked the decision to switch to red and white though originally, but the red wizard logo looked so dumb I get why they changed it, but they could’ve done better, now it feels like the name isn’t even part of the brand like you mentioned

@Splashh_Gordon I think we’re best off staying as wizards but rebranding back to the blue and gold, red was nice when it first came out, it’s taken a lot of character out of the branding over time though

But I still don’t understand the connection to the Wizards.
The name either needs to be embraced, or forgotten. Right now, they look like they want to be the Patriots or Capitals.
