Harry Kewell, who played for Liverpool and Leeds United, isn’t too happy with the things USMNT fans and pundits are saying about Australia. 😳 He believes his generation of Australian players would beat any version of the USMNT. [via CODE Sports and FOX Sports Australia]

Y Combinator's @garrytan says he wants his new project GBrain to be the Postgres for agents: "The thing I realized is, a human can only keep 7, plus or minus 3, things in their head. But a computer with an LLM can keep about three Harry Potter books in its head." "Then, when you think about what most computer systems are, you should think of the Library of Alexandria — thousands, maybe millions, of books. It's even bigger than that. It's the whole internet." "You could basically take all the relevant info about customers, or any person that anyone at the company has ever even met. You can have that in like, 100,000 or a million markdown files that comprises everything that the business is. That's basically what GBrain can do." "The magic moment for GBrain is basically being able to take any 'book' that exists in your entire business, and making sure the 3 books that really matter for the thing you're trying to do are loaded." "And that's basically ASI. You don't have to write software anymore. You can just straight-up use Hermes agent or OpenClaw plus GBrain."
Garry Tan@garrytan

Humans can keep 7 +or- 3 things in their head Your AI agent can keep 3 whole Harry Potter books in context You could have 300,000 books in your library GBrain will make sure your AI agent has the 3 books out of 300,000 loaded in context for your task presently Big unlock

@GollyGeeDammmit I mean the voice is one thing but that combined with her inability to put together a well thought out sentence or form a coherent position on anything, genuinely sounded like I was watching some sort of skit

@SplicesWhat Her speaking voice gives me Robert De Niro vibes from the final scene in Cape fear when he drowns in the water after being smashed in the head by Nick Nolte..similar warbling voice.

Pauline Hanson genuinely sounds like she suffered a severe brain injury in the last 2 weeks. How can someone so mentally deficient be “this” popular?

@guccireptar @Bullwine85 @AnthonyKyaw Tbh we didn’t really. It’s just he’s been incessant about it. Most of it was laughed off, but he’s more just annoying. I respected the comments from the actual USMNT players.

@GiantsKings9ers @Bullwine85 @AnthonyKyaw I hope we get a great game between Aus and US and it should be a pretty good one but passing off the 2010 team as golden generation is 0 ball knowledge. The US team there was miles ahead of our ageing stats which peaked between 2000-2006.

@football360au @UNIBETAustralia I have no problem with the American fans having confidence but none of them are being derisory assholes like that TV pundit and Landon Donovan. Hope these fans have a great day out

One of the things that makes @SpaceX so valuable is how valuable it is. The Cursor acquisition costs materially less in dilution because of SpaceX’s high valuation. SpaceX’s ability to do economically, strategically, and technologically accretive acquisitions is an important component of its value. There is enormous value inherent to a company with a high value particularly when it is controlled by an entrepreneur that the most talented people want to work for and partner with. Value begets value. Talent begets talent.
