@virginmedia We are still experiencing issues with connection after almost 2 weeks and the date of resolution keeps being extended with no further details provided!

@virginmedia there has been ongoing issues with our connection for the past few days now with intermittent service and constant drop outs. It is very frustrating as I have just switched from Sky, there have been no updates and it was working perfectly for the first week
