There are 101 reasons to doubt credit card issuing bank’s integrity towards customers. Minimum payment made two days before due date reflected on due date, bulk refund from airlines processed same date reflected a day after due date. This is @StanChartIN …..

….. The bank now showing excess balance upon adjustment. Yet hope @StanChart does not levy undue interest showing one day’s late adjustment and a customer does not have to call back upon receipt of monthly statement requesting reversal after an endless verification.
