@donhutch4 Doubtful Don. They said Everton should have built it bigger but there are always hundreds if not a couple of thousand empty seats unsold from the corporate websites that Everton sell them too. Nobody willing to pay extortionate for them. Newcastle would follow suit.

I’ve always thought on Newcastle new stadium plans. In my humble opinion - what’s the point in building a brand new stadium with 10,000 more seats to take capacity approx 60,000. Ide build it to about 75,000 - 80,000. The owners are so rich. Newcastle fans fill that easily 👍🏼
