The Lincoln Manor care home is externally complete with internal works approaching completion! External landscaping is well underway, with fencing, railings, hedges and planting starting to be installed 👏 #architecture #Construction

The building will contain 18 flats, 4 new retail units and new public toilets. The footprint of the new building is set back from the existing building footprint, enabling enhanced routes and better views through Rosegarth Square toward the town centre.

It's fantastic to see the Crown House scheme reach another important milestone with this planning submission. Along with the new public realm and the wider regeneration of Rosegarth Square this development will help to transform this area of Boston.

The rendered boxes at the St Giles Community Centre have now been completed and works internally are well underway. This fantastic new facility will be handed over to the @YMCALincs in a matter of weeks! 👏

Many CLASP buildings contain asbestos, so redevelopment works included Asbestos removal and significant upgrades to fire safety. The college has been modernised for today’s students with high end equipment. Here is the original structure stripped back before the new works began.

Works at Worksop College are nearing practical completion, and spaces in Block B have completely transformed! Block B is a CLASP (Consortium of Local Authorities Special Programme) structure, notably for Hair & Beauty, Aesthetics, Social & Child Care, IT, Audio and Photography.

Works on the extension/refurbishment of the function space at Branston Hall are nearing completion. The sensitive extension to a 20th century edition on the side of the Grade II listed Branston Hall, will provide an enlarged/flexible function space.

This week Block C at North Nott’s College in Worksop reached practical completion. Home to Digital, Health & Social Care and Childcare courses, works included the #refurbishment of multiple classroom spaces, adaption of existing spaces and creation of specialist VR & Audio rooms.

Additionally, a new E sports facility to house the college’s E sports team and deliver a games development curriculum closely partnered with the computer gaming industry. Finally, state of the art mechatronics and cyber security labs were created as part of the refurbishment.

We are thrilled to share images of the works recently completed at Burton and South Derbyshire College. The project included the creation of a new ‘Biome’ space, a vibrant social and creative hub. A new mock hospital ward & care home environment, including a VR immersive suite.

Brilliant progress at the Lincoln Care on our latest site visit! Externally the building is rapidly approaching completion with only flashings & rainwater pipes left to be installed followed by a thorough clean. Decoration inside is well underway! Great work from @TorsionProjects

Works at the new St Giles Community Centre for @YMCALincs are proceeding quickly with the masonry for the new front extension completed. The works will provide improved accessibility to the building and improved facilities for young people in the area. #architecture #Lincoln

We have recently submitted planning permission for works at Alford Windmill, #Lincolnshire. The application seeks to refurbish the existing buildings. All proposed works aim to support the ongoing use of the windmill as an important local heritage asset and visitor attraction.

We have recently submitted the planning application for the extension and alteration of the existing coach house at the Manor House in Alford. The new works will create a function room and workshop. As well as upgrading the existing car park. #architecture #stemarchitects

It was a pleasure to be involved in the @EastLindseyDC Levelling Up Exhibition earlier in November. We are excited to take the schemes at Alford Manor House and Alford Windmill forward. Some really useful feedback from the Trustees and the exhibition. Big thanks to all involved!
