Two changes I'd make to Pokémon Champions:
1 • Reduce the size of the Omni Ring to that of a regular watch rather than looking like a house-arrest monitor.
2 • Make the Rotom earpiece stay as far the fuck away from me as possible.

Unnerve sometimes doesn't prevent Pokemon from eating Berries in Pokemon Champions! Certain Pokemon with entrance Abilities somehow ignore (?) Unnerve suppressing Berries and eat them anyway (I got Sinistcha, Pelipper, Politoed, and Torkoal to bypass Unnerve).

@UniteVids The game has sizes in it. Meaning everything can be big or small based on what size you caught it at. Alpha is huge for instance. That’s probably a tiny salazzle

@WolfeyGlick I am new into VGC. I was watching your stream I've heard you mention a damage calculator a few times. So, my question is, isn't that a bit of cheating in relation to a person who does not use it ? Since you can check before your turn whether you'll finish off a given Pokémon?

It’s really funny that everyone talked about this game being free to play with some micro transactions as an improvement over the current system when now it’s obvious to get any of the new mons (like mega floette) you will need to continue to buy the new games plus this one

Pokémon Champions feels like an unfinished game for small children, made by people who’ve never played Pokemon before, with the sole purpose to generate money. Cartoonish models, slow frame rate, mandatory internet and limited battle items, it’s sterilized competitive Pokemon

@im_a_blisy It makes people who invested in older titles feel good and rewarded for their fandom. If you just give everything to new players it can have the effect of making loyal customers feel unappreciated. I feel good when my work of getting the mon wasn’t for nothing.

Champions is supposed to be a great entry point for new players but they are still failing badly in some areas of accessibility
I have barely any mons from S/V so I still cant play with half of what I want to yet
Forget Floette, I cant even use the rental teams to try it now 😭

Wolfe Glicke is the HBox of Competitive Pokemon. A guy with undeniable accomplishments & skill but ultimately propped up by being a successful content creator ontop of a competitive player. Wolfe has many peers you've never heard of who simply did not pivot to content creation.

@ArKaneVGC I like a new format with less items. Now people have to try different things and other items see play. Obviously eventually all the items will be in so I don’t get what the big deal is. All adding all the items does is basically remove the usefulness of the other half of items.

My biggest complaint about champions is not just about the game itself, but that we are moving to this game and this format for Indy and NAIC
I would like graphics to improve and the game to be less buggy but I don't like the implication that we are playing with these items only

@Poke_kaiPJ They will all be in eventually. Trying to start slow make it easier for new players. It’s fun, now less used items get a chance. Just treat it like a part of a new format. Eventually the game will have everything and you can click Astral barrage all you want, hopefully years away

The worst part about the limited item selection in Champions is that THEY LITERALLY SHOWED A BUNCH OF ITEMS IN THE OVERVIEW TRAILER AND JUST DECIDED NOT TO PUT THEM IN THE GAME
