My little sister has just told me she hasn't been controlling the virus on her recent daily walks! Hate to do it but @northumbriapol come get her

@ChrisHewitt The Giant Beastcast, Giant Bombcast, the ever changing one of Never Not Funny, Axe of the Blood God.

@HawbagHaws It’s all carefully orchestrated so that WE can be blamed when the second wave comes. ‘We didn’t tell you anything different, you should have stayed at home’. Cunts.

I don’t under this at all, the guidelines are exactly the same but under a changed slogan?!
#StayAlert what on god’s earth does that even mean?
Gonna have people saying it’s alright to pop round to their grandparents because will notice any unusual and potential danger. 1/2

Everyone has a role to play in helping to control the virus by staying alert and following the rules. This is how we can continue to save lives as we start to recover from coronavirus. #StayAlert

@scottwilson1984 Only the fucking Tories would think that the solution to a worldwide pandemic is ‘branding’

These 6 "new rules " seem to be the same as we've already got, but just reworded to make them deliberately ambiguous. My money is on making them that was so that when the 2nd wave hits, they can blame the people. #coronavirus #StayAlert #COVIDIOTS

@JimMFelton It’s a good job the nation was bamboozeled by those shitrags The Mail & Sun into thinking major changes are comming, cause now the #UKGovernment can blame the upcoming spike of #Covid_19 deaths on the fact that the public didn’t stay in on #VEDay rather than on their incompetence
English

@RainBowes1997 I literally say ‘fuck off’ when mine does. Fortunately I’m not usually out in public so I don’t look like a div, but it’s quite surprising how much verbalising helps chase the negative voice away.

@erinconnor32 Erin, I’m in the same boat. But, that doesn’t mean we’re not handling lockdown well. We’re so quick to confuse ‘productivity’ and ‘doing’ with success. Taking care of yourself & doing what you need in order to be ok is success. Other people are not ‘winning’. You are doing fine😊
