Most people on SNAP are senior citizens, kids, and people with disabilities. Of the rest who can work, most do work. They have jobs. They are our friends, neighbors, and family. They make so little they still qualify for food help. Their average benefit is a little over $2/ meal. And they are (and have been for many years) subject to strict work requirements. Don’t take my word. All of this is publicly available information that the Trump administration puts out via the USDA.

What a crock! He didn’t lift anyone—he KICKED them off. Want to *actually* lift people off SNAP? Pay them more. Lower their grocery bills. Give them healthcare. Increase their social security. Provide their kids with school meals. Instead, Trump kicks them while they’re down.

@TheGeneral_0 Make sure you ask if there is lidocaine mixed in with the cortisone. The orthopedic office that did mine didn’t tell me that and my hands were numb for hours. Good thing my husband was with me to drive me home. It did help though. Good luck!
