Jeżeli potrzebujecie terminal płatniczy, to omijajcie szerokim łukiem firmę @SumUp . Żadnej sprawy nie załatwisz telefonicznie, wyłącznie pisanie z botem. Karta SIM zgubiona z urządzenia, to mówią kup nowy terminal, brak możliwości otrzymania duplikatu. 🙈

@SumUp Please take customer support more seriously. I am working on a simple refund for a unwanted transaction now for over a week and 5+ new chats with customer support always havinng to explain everything from scratch.

@SumUp I am still waiting for a special team to reach out via email as promised by the support team to solve my ticket. No one reached out in days and it's almost weekend.

@SumUp I looked your Web page. You gove a choice of the following forms: accessibility, complaints, bereavement, incapacity, credit cards, police, insolvency or seizure. It's none of those. Also you have an email address on support page but when you use it, you get told its out of use.

Tried to contact @SumUp to warn them about a scam. Detailed it all in an email, sent to their email address only to receive an automated reply saying they don't do emails. No other contact or telephone number on their site. No way of doing via their website form either! Oh well!
