On my third day of retatrutide, starting at 2mg. I've had zero side effects, but my appetite is gone. Had to force myself to eat breakfast which was 8 Oz of sardines and a few slices of tomato. Normally this would not remotely fill be, but I'm stuffed. No food cravings, I just really don't want to eat. Hitting protein goals is going to be a real struggle as I raise the dose. Alberta’s 2026 budget will bring higher costs for drivers, homeowners, travellers and some seniors, as the province projects a $9.4 billion deficit. Here are five key changes with numbers: 1. New vehicle rental tax Starting January 2027, Alberta will introduce a 6% tax on the base price of short-term passenger vehicle rentals seating eight or fewer people. Long-term leases and large commercial vehicles are excluded. The province expects the tax to generate $36 million in its first full year. 2. Property tax increase The provincial education property tax requisition is rising from $3.1 billion to $3.6 billion, a 16% increase. For a median homeowner: - Calgary: about $28 more per month - Edmonton: nearly $13 more per month The education property tax will now cover roughly one-third of operating costs. 3. Tourism levy hike The tourism levy on hotels and short-term stays will increase from 4% to 6%. Revenue is projected at $200 million in 2026-27, rising to $214 million the following year. 4. Other fee changes - Fines for excessive speeding, racing and stunting will rise 30% to 50%. - Apprenticeship, trade qualifier, Blue Seal and Red Seal certification fees will increase to $150. - Provincial historic site admission will rise from $9 to $11 and from $50 to $55. - The previous value-added wine fee is being scrapped and replaced with a volume-based markup increase of about $0.43 per bottle. 5. Senior benefit reductions Effective July 1, income thresholds for the Alberta Seniors Benefit will drop by 9%: - Single seniors must earn below $31,636 (down from $34,770). - Senior couples must earn below $51,706 (down from $56,820). Special needs assistance thresholds are also being reduced. In addition, two caregiver tax credits will be merged into a new Alberta Caregiver Credit. Eligibility will focus on caring for relatives with mental or physical infirmities, and the change is expected to reduce payouts by nearly 30%, saving about $12 million annually.

What a disaster. And it’s so painfully obvious what’s happening. I can’t believe how many times I’ve driven by a truck swerving erratically or parked dangerously then I look and see an Indian driver. The most angering part is that they don’t care AND they have the arrogance to argue and cry ‘racism’ when confronted. Brutal.

These individuals are operating equipment they not only don’t do safety inspections on, but are entirely unqualified to operate. Canadian roads have never been more unsafe. I’m at a loss watching this. Is the guy driving around with a translator?
