Watching the rain pour down from the sky got me thinking this morning. Humans has always struggled to manage and recycle their garbages all this years. Many innovative inventions that has proven to be effective all this years.
But here is a simple but genius pattern in nature. We never run out of water, we never run out of rain, because where the rain water comes from, there it goes back. The cycle never stops, it's been here for ages, and yet it requires no human effort or technology to support this natural process. Was it Designed, or just another product of random chance?

There is something we need to pay attention to, the deliberate removal of history from the Nigerian education system. When people are disconnected from their history, it becomes easier to shape narratives and control perception.
Growing up, I heard many negative things about Sani Abacha. At that time, I was too young to fully understand the political environment or verify what was true and what was exaggerated. Like many Nigerians, I accepted the dominant narrative without question.
But today, with more awareness and exposure, it is only right to reassess.
The same individuals and groups who strongly criticized Abacha in the past are now in positions of power. When you observe current realities, governance challenges, economic hardship, and policy decisions, it raises an important question:
What exactly did General Sani Abacha do that those in power today have not done or have not done even more of?

Based on what I am currently witnessing, I am beginning to question many of the narratives we were told about General Sani Abacha. Mr interpreter, the writer of Luke connected the two of them, showing clearly that the fulfillment was the transfiguration. Why are you hellbent on twisting the Bible? What's your gain in that? Luke 9:28 started with the word "infact", showing a direct connection between the prophecy and the transfiguration, but here you are, professor of the Bible, speaking as if you know more than the gospel writers.

When Matthew was narrating this same event, he used the phrase"until first they see the Son of man coming in his Kingdom.” And they did see Jesus in the glory of his kingdom before they tasted death. You're not this dumb, come on. At least you can apply some insight while reading.

Time to clear this misconception. Bible does not teach that God picks one person and leave the rest to perish. It's never a biblical teaching.
Ecclesiastes 9:11 says that time and unexpected events overtake them all. In other words, you can be a victim , I can be a victim. You can be a survivor, I can be a survivor. Saying that my survival of an accident is because God loves me and hate the others that died is rubbing dirt on God's name. The people telling you that only opens their Bible on Sundays.
