@British_Airways The bag finally arrived yesterday, with just 2 days left of our break. We are in the middle of Tuscany with no transport to go and shop to replace clothing. An awful experience for a teenage girl having so looked forward to the holiday.

Congratulations @British_Airways on ruining out family holiday. Flight delayed by 2 hours then diverted to Pisa instead of Florence and then losing my daughter’s case. 3 days later and she still has no clothes on holiday. No updates and no one to call. Useless.
