@SusanMiller210 @Ghostofcynthia Also had 1969 Buick Electra 225 with 430 CI engine. In 1982 I drove it through western states with two cousins. Yes, it was considered older man's car but for $1300 couldn't resist, it purred like a kitten.

@SusanMiller210 @Col2Vintage I do not had a 65 Mustang high performance 289 that was always my favorite car liked the wide stance on the Chevrolet. One of my best friends had the 396 SS Cowl induction it was a rocket ship.

@PronghornSam @Ghostofcynthia I find that a real shame. It’s true that back in those days, these cars were everywhere, but nowadays it’s very hard to get your hands on one. I actually have a 1967 Ford Mustang in my collection. Do you still have yours?

@SusanMiller210 @Ghostofcynthia I kicked myself many times over for selling that Chevelle along with other cars and trucks I owned back in the 70's. But back then they were plentiful.

@Col2Vintage They were all great. My favorite was the 71 with a Cowl induction either 396 or 454 would do.

@Ghostofcynthia Had one while in High School, there is nothing like American Muscle! Some people liked their rice burners but raw HP and Torque ruled the streets in my day.
