i swear my cravings are different or something 🥹 everyone says to indulge but they dont go away. even if i binge on the food i just end up wanting it again

just did some calculations, when i was obese i wouldve been eating roughly 3138 cals per day which then means id being gaining 1.2kg per week😭😭 no wonder i got to 96kg at 14
