@SwipeWallet It is truly incredible how awful Swipe customer service is, even for $SXP Slate users. I have had my Slate physical for over 3 weeks and it has never worked. I have contacted support 5 times through diff channels and they are completely unresponsive. @JLSwipe @SwipeHelpdesk

@SwipeWallet Great, can someone in @SwipeHelpdesk PLEASE respond to my last few messages thanks. You said 28 hours ago my 3k $SXP was being unlocked for me because my card number was somehow compromised and used on Saturday night, so I cannot risk using Swipe anymore - still locked though.
