It took too long for me to regularly use 2 entries in the VS Code explorer context menu that make working in the terminal more efficient 1️⃣"open in integrated terminal" (navigate quickly to a deeply nested folder) 2️⃣"copy relative path" (get a specific path right the first time)

@mkristensen I know I am probably the only guy on this planet who prefers his T-SQL keywords lower case. Can it do that?(Copilot can😬). On the other hand I never would open VS to edit T-SQL.
