@CollinRugg If the student loans are sooooo onerous - stop making new loans!! But we all know that the Dems won’t stop the loans because it would hurt academia and we can’t have that.

The Biden administration announced on Friday that they’ve approved $153B in student debt relief for 4.3 million people (Reuters). Can’t close the border but can pay for votes. Wild.

If we are going to keep waiving student loans, couldn’t we at least stop making new ones??

Biden Admin: student loans are bad and should be forgiven. Public: OK - since they are bad loans you need to stop making them immediately!! Biden: But that would hurt our tenured university allies. Public: So you’re going to keep making the bad loans? Biden: Yes.
