@KyleJayWise @DIRECTVhelp I mean I pay for DTV for sports. Specifically my teams, cardinals is a big one. I’m also gone a lot lol so watching on the go is non negotiable. These are the important issues in my life outside of family, stop playing with me! 😂

@TMieldezis I don’t think you’ll be able to use Directv app until they make it eligible for streaming in the guide so you’ll have to use MLB app to watch. But it will work after authentication.

@TMieldezis @DIRECTVhelp Just talked to someone who had the same problem. No streaming without MLB extra innings or Cardinals.tv. Only satellite itself. Our Directv value just got a lot worse.

@TMieldezis @dgoold Yes. Click on one of the other teams (Dbacks) and you will see TV Provider drop down with Directv and others. Cardinals will work the same way.

@HeyItsGeoff @dgoold If it lets us authenticate does that mean if I log into directv id for sure be able to watch on the app

@dgoold I expect Cardinals.TV will be listed soon under authenticate at top right of screen at mlb.com/tv . If/When that happens we should be able to use cable/satellite login to gain access to stream the games through MLB app that would otherwise be blacked out.

@TMieldezis @DIRECTVhelp @DIRECTV Hopefully later today Cardinals.TV will show up on this list at MLB.com/tv and when that happens we should be able to authenticate our Directv login credentials and gain access to the game through the MLB app. Sort of a pain but that would be a workaround.

@DIRECTVhelp cardinals TV showed up for me today on 672… however, on my app to stream there’s no 672. What do I do??

@TMieldezis @DIRECTVhelp Filter the guide from “Streaming” to “All Channels” and you will see it. Unfortunately they have Cardinals channel not eligible for streaming using Directv login credentials. It might be different using Directv Stream but for Directv satellite on app its marked not eligible.
