And another grim milestone in Lebanon: Since March 2, Israeli attacks have killed more than 2000 people, including at least 165 children, 85 medical workers, and 248 women. Nearly 500 people (25% of all people killed) were killed in the last three days alone.

As the Ministry of Health released a preliminary toll from today’s Israeli attacks on Lebanon, the Civil Defense reported the results of its rescue operations in the targeted districts: 254 killed and 1,165 wounded. In a related development, the Disaster Risk Management Unit released hotline numbers in Beirut (01‑987001/2 and 71‑028975) for reporting missing persons following the airstrikes that struck the capital.
