@Djhame @TalkReading @ReadingFC I’ve watched RFC since the 1970’s, though many takeovers, through relegations, div4 mediocrity, and losing that’s not a problem to me, it happens, but lack of effort, passion and willingness to put their head in where it hurts does. Then have the manager tell me different does!

So nothing has changed for @readingfc still watching generally boring and unentertaining football and all that investment for what? Looking for improvements is hard to find and in terms of results, they’ve not improved either!

Agreed, if you’ve only seen a clip, go and watch the full video on YouTube. Good on him for talking about his struggles - as he mentions, social media only shows people’s highlights, never their lowlights. Hope he’s okay and can kick on with his career next season. #readingfc

@AndyPreston96 I fear that these headlines will paint the wrong picture of Tiv and why he has posted that video. Understand why that is the hook “headline” but if someone only read that then they’d think he is bashing the club/management which is not the case at all.

@mitchrfc1 Agreed. And he even says he’s very grateful to be in the position he is, but doesn’t stop people struggling behind closed doors. Good for him for sharing though to show that even professional footballers have bad days and it’s okay to talk about it.

@TalkReading It’s a shame, but unfortunately for him, in the two positions he can play, we’ve got players that are a lot better than what he is. It’s unfortunate but that’s football. Never nice to see someone struggle though.

With the 6th biggest budget in this division, and no ‘giants’ financially, Cardiff literally had to recruit a new team along with many others who lose key players each season on ‘free’ transfers to bigger fish, they love data and data don’t lie according to them does it?

@Fedderrss @Reading106 I think it’s slightly different in that we haven’t fully developed Leam’s style yet. With Kyerewaa in the team, then we will see that. It’s very pragmatic so I imagine he will adapt as the opposition adapts (whereas Stam was one style only).
