The two pilot INTs, launched on 22 Aug to test and evaluate this way of working. They have been equipped with a list of their top service users and are working deliver 100 interventions by the end of the initial twelve-week trial. Watch this space for more info!

Our virtual ward and urgent community response teams were invited to talk at two recent staff briefings. They joined the @BSol_ICS staff briefing and also the Primary Care briefing, where they were joined by nearly 50 practice staff and GPs. Thanks to everyone who joined us!

The South INT were recently able to support a patient frequently attending A&E. Sharon, a Community Network Support Officer, teamed up with a mental health nurse to help Richard to access services that suited his neurodiversity. Read more here: birminghamsolihull.icb.nhs.uk/application/fi…

The Heath Street Integrated Hub in Winson Green is a partnership between Flourish, Newbigin Community Trust and Humanify. The hub operates a walk-in appointments service on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 9am and 12pm if you'd like support or advice heathstreethealth.nhs.uk/services/minor…

This is a brilliant example of how urgent community response teams can help patients who want to stay independent and receive their care at home.
