@Terakahn @nyaraVT Absolutely, but that goes out the window when you expect them to make informed decisions when information is being withheld from them. Then they cant be held responsible for the consequences of their decisions because their decision making was sabotaged by omission of truth.

The one thing in the Sykkuno situation that keeps on confusing me is Pokimane was literally at his house; in person Everyone else like Valkyrae or Scarra are saying they had no idea he had a girlfriend and he hid them, he whispered and or said “family was visiting” if there was noise But Pokimane was literally there? Was his girlfriend gone? Did she meet him? Did she help him hide the evidence? But people were saying she was broke and dependent on him? So much of these stories aren’t ever adding up the more you see the big picture

@ClarkKrist15532 @nyaraVT I was just asking because I saw multiple people talk about minors. I don't disagree he wields influence. But I also don't agree that the women had no idea what they were doing. The point I've been trying to make is that women have a lot more control over their own actions.

@Terakahn @nyaraVT Not in this situation. My reference to minors is an example of a predatory behavior that is well known and easy to explain. Same thing happens with subordinates and superiors. Or anyone with power over someone with little or none. I used an analogy.

I'm not moving goalposts I'm simply saying that the consequences of their public actions, are not limited to him or his personal life. You not caring what the public wants doesn't change the effect they have.

@nyaraVT And women love pretending that power dynamics are a one way street. If you don't feel safe calling out a bigger content creator, don't enter a relationship with a power imbalance. I hate this idea that women are weak and helpless and have no control over their own choices.

Mujin is crashing out, everyone knows then when it comes to YouTube and cancelling people, when people say that a person is a “predator” everyone instinctively knows it’s referring to an individual that’s taking advantage of children. Mujin wanted to use the word predator to mislead people into believing that sykunno was trying to manipulate children for sexual reasons. In reality this wasn’t the case, all of the “victims” were adults. Now when he gets backlash he hides behind a technicality and goes “but actually predator means taking advantage of people”. Obviously calling someone a predator and then letting the viewers assume the worst case scenario is better than simply calling sykunno a cheater.

Can you criticize him for cheating? Absolutely. But- I had no viewers whatsoever and became desperate after trying everything to be relevant, so I chose to appeal to people who hate my gender in order to pay rent. Am I going to flip on a serial cheater who had sex with women without telling them that they'd be homewreckers? Of course not! Morals are an obstacle to my income. Mujin was never really a reliable narrator, so when his video eventually comes out about me being cancelled by my audience for secretly having dated a black guy, even though I keep saying that I can't stand minorities, please don't trust him! Also, English is my first language and I have no idea that predator can mean: "A person or organization that uses weaker people for their own advantage" But it's ok, my "audience" gobbles up anything I say anyway, dumbass simps lmao

@brittanysbitchx @one_byte_cafe I don't understand how the age gap is only on him. Like no one else knew how old he was and that doesn't factor into it at all? You can't get involved with an older man, knowing there's an age gap and later claim the age gap as a defense.

@one_byte_cafe It's not really about him just cheating though he's 34 and also dating 18 year olds and yes it's legal or whatever but a 16 year age gap is a complete red flag and with multiple girls is genuinely insane... there's just not much nuance to this.
