A new potent ADC on the horizon? In this phase 1 trial update, to be presented at #ESMO22, the anti-B7H3 ADC #DS7300 achieved 30% ORR (n=30/91) among patients with highly pretreated cancers (mostly prostate, SCLC & NSCLC). DXd confirms a great ADC payload. oncologypro.esmo.org/meeting-resour…

@TerekAdrian It is awesome isn't it. The break the CAR into 2 parts so they can administer the linker like and antibody then it binds to the universal CAR on these NK cells.

Looking at $IPSC and its incredible technology. They introduce the key parts of the technology that go together to provide a multi functional platform for CAR-T and CAR-NK cells unlike I have never seen before.

The second technology was the invention of a universal CAR. This CAR targets a unique protein they created. This technology allows 1 CAR-NK cell to work with any antigen as you can just dose the antigen binders and have one CAR-NK cell work with them all.

@TerekAdrian @ThanksCancer I’d agree if it were not for the fact that so many people are dealing with, or have dealt with the worst aspects of #CANCER … I’m sure some people simply can’t face the idea of a friend dying from it, and retreat in horror
