@jnkiii @BoopStats Since there’s no other games for either league that day, both leagues wanted to slide their game to primetime. They also didnt want to overlap with 7pm because of the Kentucky Derby. Denver and Edmonton both losing yesterday basically forced this overlap to happen

at the time this wasn’t a “bad” trade. SGA wasn’t what is he now and Paul George had All Star years in OKC — 4th in DPOY voting, 3rd in MVP voting. the trade really did make sense.

I am the first one to criticize FIFA, but the transportation costs are on the cities and their greed.
They signed an agreement knowing that FIFA will not help pay for transportation (No organizer would ever do that).
If you can’t afford it, don’t host, look at Chicago.

We inherited an agreement where FIFA is providing $0 for transportation to the World Cup. And while NJ TRANSIT is stuck with a $48 million bill to safely get fans to and from games, FIFA is making $11 billion. I’m not going to stick New Jersey commuters with that tab for years to come. FIFA should pay for the rides. But if they don’t – I’m not going to let New Jersey get taken for one.

He wasn’t signing with the clippers unless PG went there, and the Thunder knew that, so they asked for a ransom that was basically worth 2 all stars. It wasn’t as bad as people say
