@thejackhopkins Replying to Jack. Boy they got you. Better put out your crazy scare tactics, than talk about the issues this country faces, brought on by Biden and Abama. Some will follow your garbage, however, millions of Americans know what the problem is and where it lies .

What Donald Trump, and his klan are doing with this whole “southern border” convoy thing, is testing to see how much buy in they can get from red state governors, truck drivers, law enforcement, and “patriots,” as a whole. “Buy in?” you ask. Yes. To see if they have the horsepower and the number of states, people etc. to pull off a multi-state insurrection; one that will dwarf what we saw on Jan. 6th. I don’t believe they expect to win in November. In fact, I don’t believe they even care about November. I think we are watching an insidious change unfold. Why wait until the months between November 2024 and January, 2025 to move? Our country’s readiness to defend democracy and keep law and order will be at its peak by that time. What if they struck now, or from February through August 2024? Would our readiness be anywhere close to being prepared to respond to multiple crises or domestic terrorist attacks occurring simultaneously…within our borders? If you’re going to take the White House by force (and they’d have to, somehow…because Trump simply cannot beat Biden in a head to head contest) why wait until November or January to do so? The stakes are too high for Trump AND the GOP. With enough time allowed to roll out, Trump could be incarcerated. He could also become ill and die? Does the GOP have an alternate that they could install at the last minute, who Republicans would respond to with as much emotional intensity? Not likely. There’s the risk of Donald not being the GOP nominee, dues to a series of circumstances no one saw coming. No, November is cutting it too close, both Trump and the GOP know that time is not on their side. They need to move sooner. Gavin de Becker is fond of saying, “The fact that you have been able to imagine a “freak, one in a million chance” scenario in your mind, means that someone else has already done what you just imagined. If you can imagine it, so can someone else. If the wrong someone else imagines it…they’ll likely act on it. I’m suggesting that we are overly focused on November…and the couple of months until the inauguration. When you focus your eyes on something 200 yards away, your eyes adjust in such a way that the things close to you become temporarily blurry and out of focus. It’s easy to miss the obvious, because we don’t have as much clarity at the distance where we need it most. I have a feeling that millions of Americans will be at least somewhat prepared for chaos once we get really close to November. Probably not as prepared as they should be, but at least they’ll have taken some of the right actions. If the “November Chaos” broke lose in late February or the first week of March (2024,) I would expect to see mass panic, and millions of people who had planned to prepare, but were going to wait until closer to November to do so. I can see a nation getting caught with its pants down around its ankles. I can also see Trump and his merry band of Russia colluding ass clowns, thinking that’s probably how this all needs to go down. The ways they might attempt this are many. One approach they might try would be essentially deciding to set up a “shadow” government…that’s not really a “shadow,” and is more of an outright, “We don’t recognize the government body as it has been up until now. We are now the official government of this country, and it consists of these states…..(all red.) Yes, legal scholars, Constitutional lawyers, historians etc. can give us a mind boggling number of reasons “Why this could never happen.” Those reasons, however, would be based on the logic they have used for decades, that rarely factored in the wild and magnificent ability of a mind with ill intentions, to envision obliterating the established norms, by using surprise, shock, violence, force and fear to set up shop and effectively take over. Start developing a plan. Not because you’re worried. That’s a waste of time. Plan because you’re concerned, and smart.

Commentary Donald J. Trump Posts From Truth Social
A very bad night for Nikki “Birdbrain” Haley, but not as bad as last week, in Iowa, where she came in a DISTANT THIRD. Next week, in the Nevada Caucus, she didn’t want to play because of her bad Polling. She gets ZERO DELEGATES, I get them all. In South Carolina, I am leading by 30 to 50 points! So I’m just supposed to believe that nothing in our 248-year system of checks and balances allows the Republicans to CLOSE THE BORDER TO STOP AN INVASION? I’m just supposed to believe that the greatest legal minds in the country can’t figure out a way to stop Joe Biden from flooding our country with UNWANTED ILLEGALS? I’m just supposed to believe that a 78-year-old man with suspected Alzheimer’s… …who never did a damn thing in his 50 years of government… …figured out how to beat the system the Founders created? Nope, not gonna happen.

@chiproytx It is time to remove Biden from Texas 2024 Ballot. Boarder policies, defying Supreme Court regarding student loans and collecting money from many countries. Plenty of reasons to play Dem. Game. Texas should lead the drive for Bidens removal from running.

Replying to George Ok number one no one including Yrump has been even charged with insurrection, or convinced. Also the article does not apply with the President. I suggest under the democrates rule of law, let's remove Biden from the Ballot. Heis in violation with the Constituition for numerous events. Just today he braged about defying the Supreme Court with student loan gorgiveness
George Takei@GeorgeTakei

The “We’re a Constitutional Republic, not a democracy” crowd sure is having a hard time with the idea that the Constitution expressly bans insurrectionists from being on the ballot.

Tomorrow, we'll welcome Ukrainian President Zelenskyy to the Senate. The war in Ukraine stands at a crossroads, with our friends in desperate need of American aid to maintain pressure on Vladimir Putin.

Donald Trump already testified in our fraud case against him. Whether or not he testifies again tomorrow, we have already proven that he committed years of financial fraud and unjustly enriched himself. No matter how much he tries to distract from reality, the facts don’t lie.

You are right Dan, after 50 it is a slow process down. How you live determines the speed of the decline. My Dad lived to 101 never in hospital and had one whiskey and water each evening. I do not remember a day that he missed his bacon and eggs. I am 100 like bad knees until I was 90 had replacement and great since then. I recommend you have knee fixed while young. Good health.

Some thoughts on aging as I enter the last year of my fourties: Note: this is NOT medical advice. This is MY experience.  -Learning to distinguish between the inevitable and the changeable is tough. Although it should be obvious, learning to deal with age-related losses in strength, speed, and endurance have been difficult. But, the speed of the decline can definitely be managed if you remain committed to fitness. And that is absolutely malleable.  -It’s not about beating the guy you were in your twenties anymore, that’s impossible. But you can hold on to a high degree of limit-strength if you continue to push yourself in the weight room. I don’t lift heavy anymore, but I still push myself and I’ve held on to a remarkable degree of limit strength, even training almost exclusively at higher reps.  -Life hacks are critical to remaining sharp and productive. Cold plunges and/or showers changed my entire morning routine and have far surpassed my expectations in terms of what they do to clear the mind and prepare the body. Early morning sunlight, grounding and focusing on deep breath work in the morning and afternoon are also game-changers. Get that oxygen to the brain!  -Your joints are critical. If you don’t have joint issues yet, you will. Collagen, Glycine, Vitamin C, Vitamins D and K really helped me manage the inevitable effects of friction and time in the joints.  -“Micro-exercise” throughout the day has helped keep me lean as the metabolism becomes less efficient over time. A couple times an hour I’ll do a few air squats or shoulder circles to move blood around and burn up some calories. It really adds up over the course of time.  -Sleep is enormously important. Deep-sleep is critical. I use Apigenin, Inositol, and Theanine, a couple of days a week and it has helped me sleep deeply. That’s where the real healing and recovery happens.  -Blue light blocking glasses have helped me get relaxed at night. It’s harder for me to fall asleep as I get older and these really help. -There are thousands of different opinions on cardio - Zone 2 versus Tabata, versus max heart rate training - but, if you’re not a professional athlete, and you’re short on time during the week, just get moving. A walk is better than nothing, and heart rate elevation is better than sitting down. Find something that works for you. Due to my bad knee, I use the elliptical and I generally stick with Zone 2. It works for me and it shows in my resting HR. -You MUST manage your blood sugar. I’m not in any way diabetic but heavy blood sugar variations are incredibly deleterious to your health. I use Berberine, cinnamon and apple cider vinegar to manage it. And you should earn your carbs. I find carbs in excessive amounts to be the most destructive to my body comp. Use them when you need them for recovery and performance. -Manage your alcohol. The hard truth is that there’s no safe or healthy amount. We avoid it all costs during the week, and we manage it on the weekend. You don’t need to live a Spartan existence but you should know it’s poisonous.
