Driving on a suspended or unlicensed is a major violation. It’s a 4 point violation. It’s not a minor traffic infraction. If he was legally in America, he’d have some kind of operating license and insurance. But the illegal alien goes to the courthouse without documents. If he’s a diabetic, he should return to his country immediately.
