@pdjezierski @akoz33 If they're not serving a useful purpose, yes. Many universities in the West are now producing useless courses simply to get foreign students and their fees. Many will need to be shut down.

Polish universities have repeated all the mistakes the Japanese ones made 2 or 3 decades earlier. Foreign (mostly Chinese) students were also seen as a solution in Japan but the outcome was disappointing. Unlikely to work better in Poland.

@akoz33 a) this is not a bad list of countries. Add Philippines and Kazakhstan b) Poland has a much friendlier immigration system than Japan I think many more of the students would stay in Poland after obtaining their degrees, which is more broadly beneficial, not just for universities

@Anssi_A @akoz33 That comes with the assumption that you want foreign nationals integrating. Look after your own population. Look after your own students. Also many universities sell any dubious course, no matter if actually useful to people, simply to take money from foreigners.
