Coach of the Year (K12 & College) This award recognizes a coach who demonstrates strong leadership, strategic acumen, and mentorship skills that are evidenced by the development of their players’ character and skill. Rising Star This award recognizes a new coach or director who has made an immediate impact and demonstrated continued growth and development. Outstanding Commitment This award recognizes a leader who has demonstrated longstanding dedication to their program and commitment to their own professional development. Outstanding Leadership This award recognizes an individual who regularly goes above and beyond for their team and uses their influence to advance esports.
