33 years ago I watched my government kill 86 American citizens. 25 of those were babies and children. Then spend the next 33 years trying to justify and gaslight American citizens. This is when I lost any faith in our government and in 33 years NOTHING has changed and NOTHING has gotten better. I HATE property taxes but this goes to show the shitlib Dems for who they really are... Disingenuous, lying, sycophants that live for the spin. Yes we are 4th (or 5th, we fight VT for this coveted position every year) but what these absolute dogshit humans conveniently and purposely forget to tell you is that we have ZERO income, Sales, estate or capital gains taxes. Unlike the top 3, NJ, IL, CT that have sales, income, excise, capital gains and estate taxes ADDED to their already ridiculous and oppressive property taxes. I can tell you even with my property taxes, I've paid less in taxes, kept more of my money in the almost decade since I escaped Commiechusetts and came here. I look at my bottom line and that's all I care about. I despise the thought of never owning my property and having to pay rent to the state but if at the end of the day my total cost of living is down and having to pay more than the "national average" for property taxes ensures I live in the freest and least taxed state then I'll force down the shit sandwich. One last thing... these fucking scumbags frame this with pointing out the private school vouchers... The ONLY reason they are BIG mad is that parents now can choose to pull their kids out of liberal indoctrination centers that disguise themselves as public schools. If my son's school had the transfaggatron flag hanging in the school I would 100% pull him out and send him to private school. This affords me the opportunity to do that.
