The no tax on overtime that is up to 25% or $25,000. That is actually only on the overtime part. SO you make $10 an hour. Over time would be $15 an hour. the first $10 of that $15 is taxable. The extra $5 is not taxable up to 25% or $25,000? "Oh thank you! big brother. I am so grateful you have allowed such a generous offer to me for my own labors."
