Just set the record for Raw Pikachu 276 sold for $2k last night. Listed the item on eBay and sold in 15 minutes. It was possible mint 10 and I had just completed my master set of ascended but I can’t refuse $2k to one card when the whole set is worth 8k. Im a little sad but happy

@JakeSucky No, the problem is that people hate Bungie with a passion. Marathon could be the best game out there and it will still fail. Bungie burnt their reputation when screwing over their loyal fanbase for over a decade. Hell hath no fury like a Destiny player scorned.

I agree, wholeheartedly. Not just Pokemon, but TCG in most aspects. Collectors keep the hobby and marketability alive and older sets alive. Players often move on from old sets of it’s not the meta. Where collectors still go after cards. #Pokemon #DragonBall #OnePiece

You might not like it, It might make you angry! But you have to accept the fact that the modern Pokemon TCG is made for collectors. Sure, it’s technically still a game and there are cards to keep making decks. But for the most part the Pokemon company made their choice to focus on the money side of the hobby and gave people who can no longer afford to buy cards and invest heavily in the physical product an alternate outlet. I give you… TCG pocket.
