You don’t realize how unintelligent you sound when you claim hydropower or Gas Power is more reliable than solar. Your idea of solar is probably a 1kVA setup with tubular batteries trying to power a house whose load is far beyond that capacity. China powers roughly 150 million homes with solar. Do you think their lights blink on and off? The problem isn’t solar. The problem is poor planning. Calculate the load requirements of your house or building the instal a solar system that can power it comfortably. Don’t install whatever capacity you can afford and then start complaining that solar isn’t reliable.

You can never be hungry and be honest at all. I was managing a business of 45m+ and I have been honest for almost a year now and always checking on me once or twice weekly. He has been complaining about not meeting up the target for almost 3 months now despite I told him to add to my salary and he still complaining we are not selling enough. I make sure I delivered 6m+ monthly despite the low salary payment. Now he has moved me to another outlet of which I delivered maximum of 1m last week we both had meetings and he made mention that he knew he had never paid my salary Cos he didn't know how to pay it. Now he has been pressuring me to go out for another outside marketing that he can only use that to judge my salary increments.
