@SLeNDeR_KiLL3R I can count the number of killers in the game that are actually balanced at 4.4m/s or less on 4 fingers (Nurse, Huntress, Deathslinger, Blight). Unfortunately, two of them need buffs (Huntress & Deathslinger) and one of them isn't 4.4m/s in the first place, but should be (Blight)

TRUE! Honestly, there is no need to even force these examples IMO. They come up on there own naturally during play. I literally used it yesterday as my only gen perk in a losing game and clutch finished the last gen (we were in a 3 gen) for a three man out, due to saving my 9 stacks just in case. We honestly should have lost, but I auto completed nearly 20% of a half finished gen for free, punishing the killer for simply playing the game.

DBD Gamers: I think we can admit two things here: 1. Fast Track is TOO STRONG in its current state 2. Those videos showcasing why it’s problematic are silly. Why not show how EVERY gen has its permanent charges removed, over the normal flow of the game? To really get the point across that the perk is just naturally REMOVING charges from the gens, versus these “best case scenario” situations that take multiple games to pull off, and don’t even end with an escape 🙏🏽

Last time I checked it wasn't programed to harm the crew

Real people on reddit are saying that wasting time opening 3 chests with Specialist is better than Fast Track. These are the people the game is balanced around 🤦

@ScottJund Two things can be true at the same time.

I think people are focusing too much on numbers / sensationalist clips for Fast Track and not how the core design of the perk is backwards. It punishes nice killers going for 12 hooks and doesn't punish people that excessively tunnel or slug, the exact group you need perks for.

Exactly, It is literally a come back mechanic for a game that definitely is not and should not be balanced around come back mechanics. You're never going to see a k Killer perk that automatically gives hook states if the survivors finish gens to fast? That's basically what this is. 4 survivors stacking this perk is the equivalent of a gen and a half of free progress, with no counterplay and all the killer did was his/her objective.

My biggest issue with Fast Track changes are that they printed off a stronger and reusable brand new parts. You get actively rewarded for losing causing a "free" catchup mechanic . Imagine a killer perk where 3 gens pop after a slow start but you get a free kill. Its silly.
